- Session 2This session will cover the aspects of mapping climate change insecurity hotspots. It will also explore climate change and migration, natural disasters, conflict, and human security.1
- Session 3This session will explore implication of climate-induced mobility on community resilience, peace, and security . It will delve into solutions to the growing phenomenon of climate-induced migrations. (climate refugees’ topic; IDP) *Mobility encompasses all types of movements, voluntary, forced, temporary permanent1
- Session 4This practical session introduces learners to a comprehensive framework of Climate- related insecurity and conflict risk analysis and development of concrete frameworks of action. It relies on concrete examples in analyzing different peace and conflict contexts. Group tasks on analysis1
- Session 5This session will highlight the importance of cooperation, coordination, and multi-stakeholder engagements in enhancing existing policy frameworks for addressing the interaction between climate change and security using CLIMSEC as a model.2
